Administration of medication by inhalation is performed through the nose and\/or mouth to act on the airways.<\/p>\n\n

The sitting position or with the help of the head of the bed lifted facilitates respiratory movements and the efficacy of the administration of medication.<\/p>\n\n

Before inhalation, ask your family member to cough, blow the nose and wash mouth, if necessary.<\/p>\n\n

There are different inhalation device. Each inhalation device works differently. The inhalation device must be prepared according to manufacturer instructions before use. <\/p>\n\n
